Accounting Manager - (Morgan Hill, CA)
The Accounting Manager needs to ensure company's financials and related procedures are in compliance with GAAP, corporate policies and audit qualifications. Main areas include but not limit to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, payroll, taxes, GL, financial reports and analysis, budget, and special projects. The Accounting manager also manages the accounting team, possesses leadership capabilities, displays solid operational and technical accounting background, and works proactively to drive results while displaying Lin Values. This position will report to Lin's president and Lin's financial controller. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day cash and accounting operations. Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year end close, reporting and analysis. Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, maintain required DSO, DPO, and bad debt level. Manage inventory physical count, and inventory reporting.
