Director, SOX Compliance - (Bend, OR)

This position will be part of the VP Corporate Controller & Treasurer over Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) compliance programs. Assignments include creating a seamless SOX compliance program for Upwork by leveraging internal/external partnerships to develop a plan, identifying the framework, conduct a risk assessment, document significant processes and key controls, and prepare an annual testing plan.
