Landscape Horticulture Manager South Eastern Massachusetts Landscape Company is seeking a leader with background in annual and perennial design/installation to manage our constantly growing Horticulture division. Position is responsible for maintaining six Fine Gardening Crews and 2 Crews in Horticulture Installation. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is interested in running a business division within a company. Key responsibilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and perform other duties as assigned in a high energy, ever adapting environment striving to exceed customer's expectations. The Horticulturist's primary functions include: Establishes and maintains high horticultural standards and practices; providing direction, training and motivation for the horticultural staff Staffing and maintaining foreman, and laborers to produce the budgeted manhour work load of the department
