Director, Information Technology - (Cedar Rapids, IA)

Health Enterprises has an immediate opening for a full time Director, Details Technology (IT) position in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Bachelors degree is required, preferably in computer science, business administration or related area. 5 plus (5+) years of background in an IT leadership position is required, and 5 plus (5+) years of healthcare background, preferably in a hospital/health system environment. Blend of Applications and Infrastructure leadership background in a $20 million plus business. The Director will have overall responsibility for the planning, implementation and management of the company-wide details systems and staff. Focus will be placed on integrating those systems in an efficient and organized manner in conjunction with overall corporate strategies and organizational objectives. This position leads the IT service organization within Health Enterprises (HE) to support the senior management team in planning, defining and achieving IT goals.
