The position mandates 2-year post high-school education in Machine Tool and Journeyman level status. Tool & Die Maker's will have the expertise to build new dies, repair existing dies, and make replacement die parts. Background with progressive dies is a plus. The candidates will be able to operate and perform set-ups of all Tool-Room equipment.
