Graphic designer/marketing assistant - (Carlsbad, CA)

A dynamic, Commercial Real Estate firm is looking for a part time administrative assistant to work with a high performing Commercial Real Estate Team. The position has potential to become full time. The perfect candidate should be organized, enthusiastic, self-motivated and willing to assist with a variety of daily operations. Responsibilities to include but are not limited to: Provide efficient and professional administrative support to the team Plan and schedule meetings as necessary Respond to various inquiries and requests from vendors and clients Organize and accurately maintain filing system Filing and scanning contracts, reports, etc Assist and maintain social media (Instagram, Facebook, tweeter, linkdin and website) Data entry Book travel arrangements when needed Manage client relations Assist with other projects as necessary Requirements include the following: ~ Strong proficiency in Ms office (Ms word, Microsoft excel
