Universal Banker - (Apple Valley, MN)

The most important responsibility of this position is to perform all Teller related duties, open new accounts, and facilitate consumer loans and other bank service referrals within the branch. The Universal Banker two is also responsible to direct the actions of others to ensure quality processes and controls within branch operations. POSITION ASSIGNMENTS 1. Perform all Teller functions Process transactions as needed, including but not limited to cashing checks, processing cash advances, issuing cashier's checks, and receiving deposits and loan payments Maintain and balance a cash drawer, branch vault and ATM Follow dual control policies and procedures 2. Solicit business and provide customer service to new and existing customers Identify customer needs and promote appropriate products and services Cross sell bank and non-bank products and services referrals through in-person sales and outbound calls; increase household penetration within current customer base
