The Orange Water and Sewer Authority (OWASA) , is a progressive water utility providing water, wastewater and reclaimed water services to the Towns of Chapel Hill and Carrboro and to the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. OWASA seeks a safety minded, proven leader to direct the overall operations, maintenance and repair of the water distribution, sewer collection and reclaimed water systems.
