Principal Engineer - Planning - (Troy, NY)

What you'll be doing... As the Principal Engineer, you will be accountable for supporting timely completion of RF planning analyses, budgets and reports. You will support, review, refine and convey RF planning guidance and policies to East territory. You will provide Subject Matter Ability related to BTS architecture, LTE architecture and associated planning tools. Additionally, you will ensure submarkets comply with corporate and Territory RF Planning policies and procedures. You will also provide Territory recommendations based on HQ direction as well as submarket feedback; and oversee efforts and share with other engineers/planners recommendations on process improvements to be best in class. Typically, you will manage several projects at a time independently and proactively lead in implementing and supporting implementation of new technologies and system enhancements.
