Business Analyst / Project Manager CRM - (Manchester, CT)

Required responsibilities . Partner with suppliers to lead solution discovery sessions with stakeholders and subject matter experts to elicit business and functional qualifications. -- Take ownership for business and functional qualifications from creation through solution delivery. -- Analyze current-state business processes and recommend future-state improved business processes. -- Serve as the point of contact during Design and Development, working through data and design questions/issues as they arise. -- Partner with Project Manager and provide input regarding risks, schedule, scope, and cost tradeoffs. -- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and create/manage execution of test plans. -- Communicate business needs to the technical team and simplify/communicate complex technical details for the business stakeholders. -- Translate business qualifications into System Specifications and assist with QAT and Integration Testing.
