Subrogation Attorney - (Fresno, CA)

This position can be located in any of Nationwide's California Trial Division offices (Newport Beach, Glendale, Fresno, San Diego or Sacramento). We are seeking a seasoned litigator with 10+ years' background managing a caseload of complex personal and commercial subrogation insurance cases. 1st chair trial background is required. The successful applicant must be able to effectively negotiate settlements, attend hearings and trials, argue motions and take effective depositions of lay and expert witnesses. Strong verbal and writing skills, are also essential. Must be able to draft own pleadings, discovery and reports. The position includes a competitive base salary, bonus opportunity and benefit package.
