Legal Aid Service of Collier County Now Hiring Staff Attorney Job Info Legal Aid Service of Collier County, Inc. has an opening for a full time staff attorney in our Immigration Law Unit. The attorney will handle a variety of immigration cases, including deportation defense and detention work, and family-based and humanitarian-based immigration benefits. In addition to providing legal services to clients before the Immigration Court and USCIS, the attorney will be responsible for hosting regular community Know Your Rights presentations and other outreach and education events in Collier County. Job Requirement Candidate must be a member of the Florida Bar. The perfect candidate will have 1- three years of background in immigration law. Position mandates excellent oral and written advocacy skills, a willingness to be an aggressive advocate for our indigent client population and willingness to travel between Naples and Immokalee. Multilingual candidates preferred.
