Utility Construction Coordinator - (De Pere, WI)
A Construction Coordinator at HBI is responsible for the coordination of utility construction projects. This includes communication with both internal and external customers, set-up and tracking progress of projects, assembling bid packages, and calling in locates and mapping. Essential Job Functions: Communicates with HBI leadership, customers, and foremen on the status of projects Works with Materials Coordinator to ensure proper materials are available for the project Obtains correct permits from local municipalities Schedules locates with Digger's Hotline Responsible for the understanding and utilization of customer units Compiles and distributes project documents for HBI leadership and foremen including telephone prints, maps
