SUMMARY OF DUTIES: Plans, organizes and directs the daily, weekly, monthly and annual activities of the overall production and manufacturing activities to effectively meet customer qualifications in a safe and efficient manner. Has general responsibility for safety, quality, efficiency, cost and on-time delivery for manufacturing operations. Directs and evaluates the activity of 1st-line production supervisors to facilitate effective plant operations.
