Position overview Lutheran Social Services of Illinois is a not-for-profit social service agency with more than 100 program sites throughout the state of Illinois. Our services include counseling, mental health, substance abuse treatment, housing and services for older adults, programs for prisoners and their families and a variety of services for children including foster care and adoption. Supervises the Community Support Team (CST), team serving individuals with serious mental health and substance abuse diagnoses. Provide clinical supervision/case consultation. Comply with productivity standards. Familiarity with accreditation and licensure standards. Complete required documentation. Adherence to ethical standards of treatment according to NASW Code of Ethics. Must be trained and proficient in using the electronic health care record. Provides weekly clinical supervision/consultation, conducts weekly staff meetings, and introduces dual diagnosis interventions (if applicable).
