Laboratory Team Lead - (Bastrop, LA)

Omega Diagnostics is currently accepting applications for a Full time Laboratory Team Lead at our Bastrop location. Responsibilities: Lab Team Lead will assess, plan, implement, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate patient care testing activities. Has clinical and/or functional knowledge of the position for which they are accountable. Collaborates with other Laboratory teammates to meet departmental goals. Uses communication and available resources to promote quality and cost effective patient care. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Associate's degree is required.
