Full time & Part time Positions. The Jackson County Sheriff s Office is seeking applications to create an eligibility list to fill full time and part time positions of Deputy Sheriff. Candidates must be POST Board licensed or eligible to be licensed in the state of Minnesota by the date of hire. Law Enforcement background is desirable. The Full time position is classified in Grade thirteen of the County Compensation program with a full pay range for 2019 of $22.55 to $30.32 per hour. Starting salary is dependent upon requirements. This is a full time position working 40 hours per week with a competitive benefits package. The part time position is a non-benefited position. Wage is $22.55 per hour.
