Quality Manager - (Talladega, AL)

Quality Manager is responsible for the supervision and direction of the Quality Assurance Project Engineers, Quality Supervisor, and Quality Auditor staff in production areas. In the absence of the Deputy General Manager of QA, the Quality Manager is in charge of all related duties in managing the activities of the QA Department, with the exception of QA Testing and the SQA group. RESPONSIBILITIES: Develops and implements a quality production program which insures conformity of purchased material and final products to strict quality standards. Meets with customers and quality representatives to discuss and resolve quality problems as required. Coordinates and works closely with Product Engineering department in support of current and new product development. Works closely with Manufacturing Department personnel in support of operations. Follows-up on customer complaints and warranty claims.
