Contracts Manager for small contractor performing 100% government contracts totaling approx $10M annually for U.S. Army Redstone Arsenal/Marshall Space Flight Center. â?¢ Manages and administers all contract-related performance on multi-disciplinary and multi-subcontractor U.S. Army programs through GSA and other DoD related contract administration â?¢ Performs all aspects of contracts planning and coordination, including subcontractor budgeting. â?¢ Estimates, manages, tracks, and controls financial budgets and program related resources, including all subcontractor resource allocations. â?¢ Estimates and proactively manages program related workload qualifications, including subcontractors. â?¢ Conducts performance measurements, and analyzes and reports measurement results, potential problems, and provides proposed solutions. â?¢ Provides technical, programmatic, cost, and schedule guidance and oversight in support of project team personnel, subcontractors, and vendors.
