Carpenter Description Position summary: Participate in the repair and maintenance of park rides and facilities using standard carpentry and construction methods.Key Duties & Responsibilities: Work as part of assigned crew performing rough and finish carpentry work and facility repairs Perform daily, weekly and monthly inspections, routine preventative maintenance -- could include annual rehab/rebuild on wooden roller coaster Build small buildings, counters and fixtures throughout the park Maintain roofs, floors, and siding on all wooden structures Make wide variety of repairs including repairs to buildings, roofs, fences, gates, walls, flooring, doors, stairs, carpet, fixtures, etc Pour concrete for buildings, rides, and sidewalks Keep a daily duty log of maintenance work performed as well as accurate records of preventive maintenance utilizing Maximo system Support the company mantra; friendly, clean
