The Pressroom Restaurant + Bar Full-time Overnight Baker Early Mornings Tuesday - Saturday This position assists in getting product ready and baked off for the bakery. The right candidate will be able to work unaided and--make good judgement calls to ensure product quality is consistent. The Overnight Baker will assist with stocking, and will brief--the manager on--product availability for the day. The Overnight Baker will prepare mixes for the afternoon employees, and is expected to thoroughly clean before their shift ends.
