Production Dough Mixer - (Walpole, MA)

POSITION SUMMARY: As a member of the Papa Gino's team, the Production Machine Operator is responsible to operate and maintain the production equipment that produces and divides our signature pizza dough to be shipped to Papa Gino's restaurants. Accuracy, consistency and quality are paramount in the production and handling of this key ingredient, which is the foundation of the Papa Gino's Brand. KEY FUNCTIONS: Operates production equipment in accordance with procedures, recipes and safety standards at all times. Ensure good proper working order, maintenance and documentation of equipment and facilities, escalating any issues to the Commissary Manager. Maintains equipment and follows a preventive maintenance schedule to proactively keep all equipment in good working order. Maintain accurate records and logs for all GMP plans and other facilities records as requested. Ensures mixing procedures and dough dividing procedures are followed consistently and logged as required.
