Edgenet is seeking a creative, energetic, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator with a strong interest in Customer Background (CX) and Voice of Customer (VOC) Management. Key responsibilities This position will be responsible for the execution of marketing campaigns and CX/VOC programs. Support cross-functional marketing initiatives to increase product/feature adoption campaigns. Excellent content writing - expertise to synthesize customer use cases and translate complex technical features into compelling, and memorable stories used in presentations, white papers, case studies, blogs, email campaigns etc. Demonstrate knowledge of customer industries while still connecting back to the core value of the product. Support day-to-day implementation of programs and projects, including the close management of third party agencies and other vendors.
