Claims Manager - (Honolulu, HI)

The Claims Manager is responsible for managing the day to day operation and performance of the Workers' Compensation Claims team to include managerial duties such as 1 on ones, coaching/mentoring, performance management (motivate, challenge and develop employees), hiring/growing high performers and handle any client escalations. The Claims Manager ensures that the Workers' Compensation Claims team is effectively and strategically manages, processes and resolves workers' compensation claims filed by ProService's clients' worksite employees in a timely and cost efficient manner.
