Executive Director Patient Experience - Florida Region - (Weston, FL)

Job description: Reporting to the Chief Quality, Safety, and Patient Background Officer provides leadership for all programs for the Office of Patient Background. Holds responsibilities for operations, budgets, and implementation of strategies related to department functions. Leads patient background planning across the region to support the mission and values of the enterprise. Position assignments: Oversight and responsibility for enhancing and continually improving the overall background of patients and families throughout Cleveland Clinic Florida region. Develops and leads the overall strategy and business plan in conjunction with Chief Quality, Safety, and Patient Background Officer to design and implement programs which improve the delivery of healthcare services and enhance the background for patients across the enterprise.
