Controls Technician/ Automation Electrician - (Cookeville, TN)

Critical responsibilities: A Controls Technician reads and understands electrical and pneumatic schematics, understands electrical wiring methods, panel buildup and troubleshooting. A Controls Technician also de-bugs complex electrical and pneumatic functions. This is a mid-level position, capable of working independently and troubleshooting complex electrical functions, while reporting to a senior level Controls Technician. Min Requirements: High-school diploma. Four Years work background as Controls Technician Preferred Requirements: Vocational Technical School certification. 5-9 yrs work background as Controls Technician. Physical requirements: Work in standing position continuously. Stand, walk, push, pull, reach overhead, and bend to floor. Exert twenty to 50lbs of force occasionally. Exert ten to 25 lbs of force frequently. Exert up to ten pounds of force constantly to move objects. VISUAL ACUITY: Near acuity with or without accommodation.
