Admissions Officer - (Dallas, TX)

The Office of Admissions at the University of North Texas is seeking to hire a Recruiting Specialist I to perform the administrative and professional duties primarily for the recruitment of prospective students. Under the direction of the Director of Visitor Background and Assistant Director of Admissions and the Director of Outreach, work principally involves on-campus counseling and guidance of candidates for admission and planning of all on-campus events to include: Preview, Premiere, Mean Green Merit and Be Complete. In addition, this position will assist in recruitment networking efforts with departments across campus and the community and in other admission and student recruiting functions of the Office of Admissions. Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to: Participation in on-campus and external events directly related to UNT admission and recruitment efforts. Supports Outreach and college planning efforts, as needed.
