Library Services Associate - (Dallas, TX)

The University of North Texas Library is seeking to hire an Interlibrary Loan Lending Supervisor to join our Access Services Department. Responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to: Supervise the Lending operations of the Interlibrary Loan Unit. Manage lending requests using the ILLiad, ILL management system. Oversee shipment of ILL materials via U.S. Mail, TransAmigos Express Courier, or commercial courier service. Use equipment such as scanners and fax to fulfill ILL requests. Process overdue notices for Lending. Process billing and deposit payments for interlibrary loan materials. Coordinate lending activities with branch library locations and borrowing libraries. Maintain statistics. Hire, train, and supervise Lending student assistants. Staff combined services desk. Contribute to goal development for strategic planning for the department. Assist in completion of department projects. Other duties as assigned.
