Account Manager-Retirement - (Cedar Rapids, IA)
Responsibilities Support the daily administration of retirement plans. Coordinate with the manager to research issues and negotiate problem resolution. Develop and foster relationships with clients and internal partners. Provide prompt, accurate and consistent details that meets or exceeds quality metrics. Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to management. Address client needs, develop action plans and consult on products, services and capabilities that add value for the client. Requirements Bachelor's degree in a business-related position or equivalent education/background. 2 Years of retirement industry background. Great communication and customer service skills. Knowledge of record keeping, outsourcing and processing capabilities. Proficiency using Microsoft office suite tools, including Microsoft excel. Preferred Requirements. ASPPA designation and/or related studies. Knowledge of company systems (e.g. Paris 3). Work conditions Office environment Occasional travel for client meetings.
