Laboratory Supervisor - (Reading, PA)

The Laboratory Supervisor is a key member of the Leadership team and is responsible for ensuring the generation of accurate, timely and cost-effective analytical data used to support environmental decision making. The Laboratory Supervisor is responsible for the operations of their assigned department including overseeing scheduling, monitoring capacity and reporting on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Responsibilities -- Demonstrate commitment to Suburban Testing Lab's (STL) Mission Statement, Core Values and Operating Principles -- Actively participate in continuous process improvements focused on customer requirements, quality, and production efficiency -- Monitor and ensure compliance with operating standards and processes that support customer and regulatory requirements in the most effective and efficient manner.
