SUMMARY: Perform various operational and customer support duties relating to the Electronic Bank Department. Performs a variety of routine daily task with a primary focus of providing assistance via telephone or email in response to customer inquiries related to Electronic Banking services including but not limited to On-line Banking, Mobile Banking, Debit Cards and other digital offerings. CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS: Willingness to provide a level of service which will clearly differentiate us from our competitors. PEOPLE SKILLS: Professional demeanor in appearance, interpersonal relations, work ethic and attitude.
