Overview The mission of the payroll assistant is to provide direct support to the payroll department in achieving goals related to year end activities, through effective and accurate data entry, and various administrative tasks. Job overview Customer Service Provides coverage of employee hotline, assisting our client's employees through troubleshooting questions. Exceeds service standards with employee interactions over the phone and ensures that all interactions are; professional, courteous, timely, and positive experiences. Effective communicates deadline reminders, follow ups, and updates to clients through various forms of written and spoken communication. Timely and accurate data entry Client timesheets and employee status changes are updated and entered on time with a min 99.8% accuracy Garnishment letters are uploaded and entered accurately to ensure proper processing. Auditing Supports the payroll department with auditing various reports for accuracy, appropriate billing, and compliance.
