Seasonal Assistant Pool Manager The City of Chesterfield is accepting applications for the position of Seasonal Assistant Pool Manager. This is a seasonal part time, non-exempt, position with a starting hourly rate of $12.00. The position reports to the Recreation Manager-Aquatics/Recreation Specialist.Responsible for supervising and administering day-to-day operations, management and activities at the Chesterfield Family Aquatic Center while providing quality aquatics programming and services.Good knowledge and application in the areas of the pool sanitation, water chemistry and filtration. Leadership abilities include expertise to command the respect of pool staff as well as patrons, and expertise to delegate duties when needed. Previous Managerial background. Must have previous background working in an aquatics setting. Duties require attentiveness to visual and audible cues for recognition and identification of swimmers in distress or in process of unsafe behavior.
