Regional Vice President, Variable Annuities - (Laplace, LA)

Job overview Summary Responsible for the sale of I&R products (mutual funds, variable annuities, and/or life insurance) to the broker/dealer community in a specified region or major geographical area. Job DescriptionResponsibilities Calls on financial advisors in the geographic region to solicit their support in recommending products to their retail clients and prospects. Develops presentations to be given to individual investment advisors/financial planners and/or to groups of 100 or more. Coordinates appointments with advisors and offices at least 6 weeks in advance. Arranges personal travel schedule. Provides service and sales support to financial advisors and coordinates activities and rep contacts with their Internal Wholesaler. Conducts client seminars in support of financial advisors, client retention and acquisition strategies. Prepares and submits an annual business plan, and formally reviews (and, if necessary, modifies) the plan versus goals at least quarterly with Division Vice President.
