HVACR Supervisor - Ferris State University Supervise and coordinate work activities of the heating, ventilation, air conditioner and refrigeration mechanics engaged in installing, operating and maintaining heating, ventilation, air conditioner and refrigeration systems. Serve as project manager for contracted and in-house construction and renovation projects. Required: High-school degree or equivalent. Five Years of background in heating, ventilation, air conditioner and refrigeration operations including 3 years of supervisory background directly related to the trade.
