He is very independent and uses a walker to get around, but needs standby assistance, help with daily bathing, drying and a detailed routine to of several prescription skin creams to prevent bacterial, viral --and yeast infections. Client's very sweet wife cannot assist due to her own back and memory problems. Both suffered the loss of their previous spouses before finding each other.
