Sydor Optics is seeking an individual to fill a Double Side Group Leader position reporting directly to the Double Side Supervisor. A successful applicant for this position will be responsible for managing and motivating teammates on a daily basis. The Group Leader is the contact point for all teammates, so Group Leader communication abilities should be excellent. The Group Leader should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration.
