Head Diving Coach - (Bethesda, MD)

Bethesda Country Club is hiring a Seasonal Head Diving Coach. This position will manage the Bethesda CC Dive program for a seasonal period. This is a great opportunity to be a part of an organization that believes our teammates are our most important resource and therefore take great pride in selecting individuals that help us to achieve our clubs mission. The season begins the Tuesday after Memorial Day and runs through the end of July. We have afternoon practices until Montgomery County Schools close and every morning and afternoon weekday (Mon-Fri) practices thereafter. Our meets are on Monday and Wednesday evenings starting the third week in June. Our season concludes with the Swim & Dive banquet that takes place around July 31st. The scope of work also includes meetings, meets, practices, award banquet and team social events. Required functions: Recruitment of divers including encouragement of potential divers, devising outreach strategies to draw new divers as well as retain existing divers
