Purchasing Associate - (Naples, FL)

We are seeking a Purchasing Associate who will provide and assist in the Club's purchasing activities. Responsibilities of the Purchasing Associate will include sourcing, requesting, reviewing and negotiating bids, placing orders, receiving, and checking deliveries for quality and accuracy, reviewing and processing purchasing documents, facilitating payment or credits and managing inventories. The Purchasing Associate reports to the Director of Purchasing with most of the purchasing activities involving food and beverage items. Applicants applying for this position must have demonstrated background in purchasing, especially in food and beverage. Applicants must possess the expertise to work in a very active purchasing environment, have strong organizational and people skills with the expertise to build effective and trusting relationship with suppliers and Club personnel
