Convenience Store Manager - (Eau Claire, WI)

Position title: Convenience Store Manager Reports To: District Manager POSITION DETAILS Oversees entire convenience store operations including checkout, merchandise layout, product inventory, bookkeeping, and maintenance. Controls cash and merchandise shrinkage. Recruits, hires, trains, and supervises convenience store teammates. This position is responsible for enforcing company policies, procedures, and programs. Convenience Store Manager must build sales and ensure excellent customer service by establishing positive, upbeat atmosphere in the store. CORE FUNCTIONS OF POSITION Leads, coaches, teaches and reinforces the Mega culture, customer service, and performance expectations to all convenience store teammates. Responsible for the initial and ongoing training of teammates Maintains adequate staffing levels by submitting requisitions for open positions to human resources, interviewing applicants, and completing the onboarding process for all new teammates.
