Baja Insurance Services, Inc. is seeking licensed Property & Casualty agents, preferably with previous background, to join our team. Baja Insurance Services, Inc. is a full service insurance brokerage offering a broad spectrum of products/services including auto, home, life & health, business, commercial, renter?s and specialty insurance products (umbrella, boat, motorcycle and RV, among others). We are seeking applicants, preferably with 1-two years' background, to quote and close property and casualty policies. Agents who show the initiative and drive to microsoft excel will be given the opportunity to move into management as the business expands. Licensed Insurance Agent Qualifications : 1- 2yrs Property & Casualty background desired Must hold a Property and Casualty license and pass a criminal background investigation Proven expertise to market insurance products and services Effective interpersonal verbal and written correspondence abilities Assertive self-starter with the expertise to positively
