Account Manager - (Lakeville, MN)
Position description: The Account Manager is the service liaison between the client and Verified Credentials. The Account Manager's responsibilities are: Developing and maintaining positive relationships and experiences with clients, conducting periodic account reviews and assessing client business needs. The position reports to the Vice President of Customer Solutions. Main responsibilities: Develop positive relationships with clients and demonstrate excellent customer service skills with both internal and external clients. Conduct client account reviews and assess client service needs, traveling where/when needed. Properly document all client correspondence. Respond promptly to all client calls, voicemails, and e-mails. Serve as a liaison between clients, Operations and various departments as necessary. Resolve client request, questions, and complaints frequently requiring analysis of situations to determine the best course of action and use of resources.
