Electronic Banking Representative - (Honesdale, PA)

Duties : Responsible for operating the switchboard, answering telephone inquiries, including rotating Saturday hours, and responds or directs calls to the appropriate service partners in a timely manner. Provides seamless service for any customer requests in accordance with established bank standards. On-line banking, mobile banking, and telephone banking customer service and maintenance. For new and existing accounts, performs various assigned tasks related to the bank's central file, account maintenance and new account processing. Performing a variety of duties which include general ledger reconcilement, functions related to the official check program, regulatory and statistical tracking, cash vault reporting, assisting with functions related to electronic funds transfer. As requested, assist other units and departments such as Deposit Operations and mail room processing.
