Customer Quality Engineer - (Middletown, PA)

What you will be doing... The AD&M business unit within Employer is currently seeking an experienced West Coast Customer Quality Engineer for our growing Aerospace business. The responsibility of the Customer Quality Engineer will be to provide leadership for our Customer Quality activities with Key customers.As a Customer Quality Engineer, a typical day may include: Monitor, communicate and improve key Customer KPI's, including Customer Scorecards, Corrective actions response time and PPM improvement Update customers in a timely fashion regarding product quality and project requests Lead Customer monthly focus review meetings with Aerospace Defense & Marine business Unit Management team on customer metrics and feedback Coordinate with Plant Quality Managers to discuss and resolve product quality issues raised by customers Issue Quality Alerts for non-conforming product delivered to customers.
