Architect Residential Design, Construction Webuild (www.webuildstaffing.com ) is seeking an experienced Architect to oversee the architectural design and development process for single family residential custom home projects throughout California and Nationally. The ideal individual wouldhave 10+ years of background performing project design and plan development for single family custom homes; responsible for client needs, design specification, conceptual rendering, cost analysis, and permitting. The Architect will be responsible for all company projects either directly designing, overseeing a project team and/or outside consultants performing the full lifecycle of design activities for successful project utilizing advanced technology. This will include conducting needs assessments, reviewing codes, designs, estimates, construction feasibility and physical construction as required.
