Expertise Commerce is in search of a full time Cisco Unified Communications (UC) Engineer to work with our professional team. This position is an exciting opportunity to work within the e-commerce hosting, contact center & corporate Cisco voice & data networking environment. Job Purpose : The UC Engineer will collaborate with all aspects of maintaining, configuring, and sustaining the Cisco VoIP environment including: analysis, design, implementation, maintenance of existing UC environment, upgrading/configuration, installation, migration of Cisco hardware/software. In addition, the UC Engineer will utilize a broad knowledge of unified communications, network, and telecommunications.
