Director of Facilities ManagementDirects, maintains, and organizes all activities for hospital Plant Operations Department, Bio-Medical Services, Security, and Ground Maintenance. Ensures policies, procedures, standards, and services in regards to hospital repairs, housekeeping, preventative maintenance, general maintenance, security, bio-medical services, equipment and utility testing and evaluation are consistent with hospital goals and objectives. Responsible for ensuring that the quality, safety and integrity of these departments are monitored and evaluated. Ensures services, repair and maintenance provided when necessary to insure the safe and efficient operation of the hospital and clinic facilities, and to maintain a comfortable physical environment for patients, employees, medical staff and the public, in accordance with policies, procedures, standards and practices set by the State Department of Public Health and other local community and governmental agencies.
