Experienced Roofer Rehab Contractors - (Dayton, OH)

Property Management is looking for additional rehab roofing contractors. We have 75 single family homes in rehab at all times with projects in Butler, Hamilton and Montgomery Counties. We buy all materials. You will quote job labor only and must include a complete material list with your bid. We pay for completed work weekly and require before and after images for payment. This job overview in no way implies that these are the only duties to be performed. The applicant will be required to follow any other job related duties required by the manager.
