Takes the necessary steps to protect the collateral assets of Wings Financial. Promotes credit union products and services. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Reviews all closing info prior to preparing closing documents. Verifies tax and insurance details with counties/agents for correct escrow amounts. Coordinates loan closings and prepares necessary closing documents. Processes checks for charges associated with mortgage loans. (origination, appraisal, etc.) Provides assistance answering and directing member inquiries.
