Client Service Representatives (Tellers) - (San Diego, CA)

Position summary We are seeking 2 Client Service Representatives (Tellers) to join the CalPrivate Bank team, 1 in downtown San Diego & 1 in Coronado You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service info and resolving technical issues. Responsibilities: Handle bank customer inquiries and complaints Accept cash and checks for deposit/withdrawal, etc. Balance teller cash drawer at the end of each shift Provide details about the products and services Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns Document and update customer records based on interactions Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services ? Requirements: Previous background in banking/customer service highly desired Cash handling background required Expertise to build rapport with clients
